Typhoon Pepeng flooded the provinces in Northern Luzon Philippines. We were there in San Fabian, Pangasinan during this days where Typhoon Pepeng was pouring rains in the province for more than three days. This made the dams located in the province forced to release water that caused flooding in most of the towns and cities in Pangasinan and La Uniion. They considered it as the worst typhoon that brought worst flooding. Mostly of the towns are located along with rivers and the sea. Usually houses here don’t have second floors and thus, they were submerged in water. Although there are a lot of resorts in the province, they don’t have gulf shores condos to be able to escape from the flood. Even the resort we have stayed was flooded. Luckily, we were able to transfer when that event happened.
