Typhoon Aftermath – Worse than Catrina
By admin on Sep 28, 2009 in Amazing stories
We able to pass by Marikina City, one of the most affected cities by the typhoon Ondoy that hit the country. Almost a large part of the city was submerged in water. You could see stall, stumble and damaged vehicle on the roads.
Luckily if they extended service plan or insurance but what if their insurance coverage does not include accidents or damage brought about by natural disaster.
It is really sad to see thousands of people affected and hundreds are still on their houses’ roof for almost two days now. This already recorded almost a hundred deaths and couple of missing persons. Typhoon Ondoy was reportedly worse than typhoon Catrina that hits America a couple of years ago. Hopefully all government agencies concerned will work hand in hand to facilitate better rescue and relief so that more lives will be saved.
