Cathie Jung captured the title of having the women with the smallest hips in the world. Her 15-inch waste line by wearing corset everyday for the past 12 years and will only take it off during shower made her named as the smallest. But I wonder if there is a record set by a man who had the smallest hips also. Since men don’t wear corset I am sure he had read a lot of lipofuze reviews before having this world record.

We know how hard it is for a man to have this kind of record but who knows? He could be the skinniest man who ever lived, too.
