Mr Xishun shakes hands with Mr Ping Ping. The 79 Mr. Xishun and 24 feet high Ping Ping are both from same region in Mongolia. Although Xishun was already confirmed by the Guinness Book of World Record as the Tallest man in the world Mr. Ping Ping is still fighting to be registered because the his  current length is 73cms tall while the current holder of the title Lin Yih-Chih was measured as 67.5cm.

What if the three will meet each other? The Mexican who weighs 560 kilograms (1200 lbs) is not able to walk anymore although he is trying to lose weight now. Maybe with diet, exercise if possible, fat loss pill and maybe surgical operation will slim him down and if this will work he may not be the biggest man in the world anymore.
