First Filipino Overall Championship in the US Musclemania Universe

Filipino people are so proud after a 37 “Pinoy’ body builder Roderick “Jerick” Ternida captured the Musclemania-Universe overall title in the 2008 Musclemania World Championship held in Miami, Florida. Also known as the Pinoy Schwarzenegger, he is the very first Filipino to win the title.
Ternida is a six-time Mr. Philippines holder of the overall title from 500 participants from 100 countries after missing the competition last year because of an injury.
