Longest Ice Immersion

Immersing our face in ice cold water was always our traditional practice before as a natural acne treatment. Even until now some are still doing it and maybe this is why Wim Hof didn’t have acne problem.
Win Hof, 48 years old, was known as “Ice Man” . He set the world record in the longest ice immersion when he immersed his body to his neck outside the street in Manhattan in a clear container filled with ice for an hour and 12 minutes through the use of an Eastern tradition of ritual and meditation called “Tantra”. Hof survived by controlling his body temperature through tantric meditation.
