I remember when I was a kid, my late grandfather had an RD (Readers Digest) subscription and we have book shelves that full of RD. One thing I will never forget from him when he was starting to joke on me is that every time a new issue of RD would arrive, my grandfather would tell me that our new car will arrive soon compliments of Readers Digest. This is because each RD issue comes with a plastic car key inside (marketing tactic — I’m sure it’s still practiced by RD until now) with a message that you will win a car if you will continue your subscription.

Now RD has it own website and even in there you will find it fun and entertaining to read. For me it’s a Readers Digest trademark. That it is not only informative but entertaining and funny too. Try to visit RD Laughs Main , see their Stand-up Videos and I am sure it will make you laugh. Since I love cartoons RD has Funny Cartoons too. I remember when I was a kid I only read cartoons from my late grandfather’s newspapers daily subscription.
