They said that this is the time to PAPAYA the latest dance craze in the Philippines and hopefully in the world, Edu Manzano recently started a dance craze in the Philippines where the song Papaya was made by Urszula Dudziak in the 90’s. After several post of videos in Youtube, it gatheres almost a half a million viewership already worldwide. That even the host of the show Good Morning America Diane Sawyer, Robin Roberts, Chris Cuomo, and Sam Champion all danced the Papaya dance, And one of the host commented forget Macarena, forget the chicken dance and now the lets dance the ‘Papaya” we could be proud of it. To think that this dance craze would be called the next “Macarena”.

But how can we forget “Macarena’ the song by Los del Rios, the song is about name of the woman, woman from the La Macarena neighborhood in Seville. (is the artistic, cultural, and financial capital of southern Spain. It is the capital of Andalusia and of the province of Sevilla) The song was very succesful between 1995 to 1997 it conquered world music chart from all over the world for more than two years. And even now we still heard the song playing on some party and occasions.

Macarena song became the second longest running #1 and best selling debut single of all time in the US. It was ranked the “#1 Greatest One-Hit Wonder of all Time” by VH1(is an American digital television channel sister channel of  MTV) in 2002
